Rockwood Building services offer a competitive open book maintenance service to its clients, dealing with all aspects of their buildings, from PAT testing to Emergency Call outs, roof leaks to broken glass, our fully qualified staff can take care of it. Rockwood Building services electrical & plumbing contractors are NICEIC® and Gas Safe® registered.

We are the only company you need to contact for all maintenance and buildings work requirements and our open book system gives our clients satisfaction that they are only being charged for works carried out, including a system where all material invoices are shown to the clients with an agreed margin. This gives you peace of mind that you are only paying for materials used and benefiting from Rockwood’s buying power in the industry.

1. GENERAL DAY TO DAY MAINTENANCE

Any problems you find that are not urgent repairs can be added to your maintenance schedule sheet(which we would provide). We can then attend to these issues straight away or alternatively wait until there are enough items to warrant a full day’s work on site. You can then email us the maintenance schedule and we will order all required materials and then arrange with you a suitable day for us to be on site. This will dramatically reduce your maintenance costs.

2. PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

Here we complete 1 – 6 month (depending on your buildings requirements) inspections of your buildings. Paying attention to the key areas below;

  • Roofs
  • Gutters
  • Windows
  • Doors & locks
  • Electrical testing & plumbing inspections
  • Any health and safety issues

Please also view the Rockwood Fire Precautions web page. We then provide you with a detailed report of all issues found with costings for rectifying the problems. You can then decide whether to go ahead with all the items or just the ones in most need of repair. Finding defects in your building early saves you money.

3. EMERGENCY WORKS

Once you are registered with us for maintenance works we are on hand 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for all emergency repairs, from broken glass to plumbing issues. We work with a transparent call out fee system that will be agreed with yourself.
