Rockwood Building Services specialise in SIP’s. We can provide a complete service from design to installation with works generally been complete in a matter of weeks compared to traditional building methods, and with the added benefits of been cheaper and a less disruptive.

Our 10 simple steps to giving you your dream home are as follows;

1. We start by giving you a free site survey at a time that suits you.
2. Next we will send you a 3D image of your proposed project with a detailed itemised quotation.
3. Once you are happy to go ahead we then complete a detailed site survey of your project.
4. We will then sort out the necessary planning applications (if required) and the produce the final plans in full.
5. You then receive a construction start date and complete programme of works.
6. SIP manufacture starts in our workshop and site ground works commence.
7. We next install the SIP’s on site, this is completed with minimal disruption to you.
8. Plumbing electrics external walls, plastering and roofing all commence.
9. Next we start with the final internal finishes.
10. Decoration of your new extension is the last stage to be completed leaving you with a fantastic new extension within time and budget and finished to the highest standards.
