This phase of the Dog & Gun Farm redevelopment was the largest and most transformative element of Vicky and Al’s multi‑phased building project. Their farm had two separate buildings connected only by a narrow, ageing single‑storey link — cramped, dark, and no longer suitable for how they wanted to live.

To unlock the full potential of the property, this phase involved the complete demolition of the existing single‑storey structure and the construction of a brand‑new two‑storey building to seamlessly join the two main buildings together.
